Impact: A subset of users experienced intermittent disruptions due to server-related challenges. It's important to note that the system was never fully offline, ensuring that the impact, while noticeable, was limited.

Resolution: By 9:40 AM, our team had swiftly pinpointed the cause of the disruptions. We quickly took action by draining and cordoning off the compromised server, subsequently replacing it with a fresh server node. This decisive and prompt action drastically reduced potential downtime, restoring full-service functionality by 10:07 AM. We closely monitored the servers for 60 minutes to guarantee stability, confirming no further complications.

Next Steps: In the wake of this incident, we are conducting an exhaustive review to avert similar occurrences in the future. Integral to our ongoing improvement efforts, this review will enhance our monitoring and response strategies for system performance issues and comprehensively reassess our infrastructure capacity planning.
