Scheduled

We're rolling out an update to our production servers. The website should remain available, but there may be brief interruptions or slower performance for up to 30 minutes during the deployment window.

LoanNEX has expanded its documentation options to support additional income verification methods. Users can now select from the following new options when pricing or submitting a scenario:
P&L with 12-Month Bank Statements – income verification supported by one year of bank statements.
P&L with 24-Month Bank Statements – income verification supported by two years of bank statements.

LoanNEX is expanding its investment property loan screening options in the NEX App. Users will soon be able to select from the following new screening fields when pricing or submitting a scenario:
Short-Term Rental (Yes/No) – identifies whether the investment property is intended for short-term rental use.
First-Time Investor (Yes/No) – indicates whether the borrower is purchasing their first investment property.
During the 30-day deployment window, these new fields will display in the NEX App but default to “No,” maintaining the current user experience.

LoanNEX has introduced a new Exception Management Workflow that is a configurable, opt-in feature that enables buyers to manage loan-level exceptions with precision and transparency.
Customizable Buyer Controls – Buyers define exception rules, pricing terms, and request forms, including required fields, dropdowns, and disclaimers.
Prepopulated Request Forms – Exception requests submitted from an ineligible product window automatically populate program details for buyer review. Denied requests that are resubmitted retain prior request details for easy editing.
Document & Field Support – Sellers can upload supporting documentation with their requests.
Locking with Approved Exceptions – Sellers can lock loans against customized exception eligibility, exception-specific LLPAs, and optional buyer-defined minimum rate and/or maximum price.
Post-Lock Modifications – Sellers can continue to modify loans post-lock while retaining exception pricing and eligibility. If updates fall outside the approved exception parameters, the loan may be resubmitted for a new exception.
Audit-Tracked Reporting – All activity is tracked, with a centralized pipeline report available for exception monitoring and management.
