We're rolling out an update to our production servers. The website should remain available, but there may be brief interruptions or slower performance for up to 30 minutes during the deployment window.
Extension Fee Schedule Enhancement: Program Level Configuration LoanNEX now supports Program-Specific Extension Fee Schedules. This enhancement allows Client Admins to configure different extension fee schedules and policies for individual loan programs, rather than applying a single schedule across all programs. When a program-specific schedule is not assigned, the existing Global Extension Fee Schedule will continue to be used automatically, preserving current behavior while providing greater configuration flexibility.
