The Escrows field has been relocated from the Pricing Table to a default field on the NexApp. We are now introducing options for partial waivers. The default setting for the new Escrows field will be “Yes,” with additional choices such as “Waived,” “Taxes Only,” and “Insurance Only.”
Ability to build llpas and eligibility rules off of PUD OR Townhouse. Previously llpas and rules were tied to both fields. This leads to more accurate pricing.
